A documentarist comes to film two biologists in their daily activities, studying marsupials, in a huge national park that has suffered from an important forest fire. As time goes on, they realize that climate change has allowed a timeless carnivorous creature to find shelter in the forest and that it will protect its territory at any cost.

Here’s a remarkable specimen, wild and untamed, that never gives in to animal attack movie conventions, and always favors environmental credibility, leaving the viewer sometimes disorientated. Editor of the survival movie Jungle and of Relic, Sean Latiff gradually distillates fear by having it invest the soundscape. He reminds us that fantasy is never as scary as when it remains in the shadows.
