An avalanche of bad news plunges Jimmy Lang (Joe Begos himself), an unemployed filmmaker, into an uncontrollable panic attack. He claims he was abducted by aliens. In fear of their return, he contacts his old friend Stiggs to help him prepare for a war. Thus begins a very bloody bad trip, but with pretty colors…
Joe Begos (Bliss, VFW) poured blood, sweat, and tears into bringing this new opus to life, in a more “ecstasy” laced but also more nostalgic vein. A true declaration of love to the demented B-movie fantasies of the 80s and 90s, Jimmy and Stiggs brings us back to the days when Brian Yuzna and Stuart Gordon frolicked with neons and flesh. All you might imagine will fall very far from reality. Wacky, super intimate and absolutely hand made.
