Billy has no luck with girls. Billy thinks he’s ugly. What he needs is obviously a new haircut! Following the advice of two of his buddies, he half heartedly goes to see their fetish hairdresser and soon understands he’s dealing with a psychopath.

As regressive as it is, it’s not as dumb as it looks, especially when it incites to cultivate one’s differences in the face of boorishness, and to prefer cold cocoa to beer! The movie possesses unexpected generosity and infectious energy, supported by a dark humor that sends us back to Rob Reiner’s first films, notably thanks to its freaky, camp, clownish, terrifying and touching actor, the brilliant Franky Ray : a festival in his own right.
